Do you require a deposit?

Deposits may be required for both overnight stays and day trips on certain days such as Obon, New Year, peak season times, Saturdays, and extended holidays.

What is the latest that a reservation can be canceled before cancellation charges are assessed?

There is no cancellation charge if you cancel up to 7 days before your reservation.

How much is the cancellation charge?

【Overnight stays】
2-7 days before your reservation: 50%, the day before your reservation: 70%, the day of your reservation: 100% This represents the percentage of the nightly rate.

【Day trips】
2-7 days before your reservation: 50%, the day before your reservation: 70%, the day of your reservation: 100% This represents the percentage of the service fee.

Can wheelchairs be used in the resort?

Excluding guest rooms, our resort is barrier-free. Wheelchairs can be used at our resort. Feel free to inquire with us if you need to use a wheelchair.

What time is dinner service?

Dinner service is between 5:30 to 6:30 pm.

What are the sizes of the Yutaka robes? Are children's yutaka robes available?

Adult yutaka robes are available in small, medium, and large.
Children's yutaka robes are available. Sizes are limited, so please inquire with us before your stay.
